🔮 Refund Policy

Spiritual Divine Guidance by Chris Noble and SDG Media Group operate under a strict no-refund policy for all services once they have been rendered. This includes but is not limited to Tarot readings, Astrology services, Hoodoo Candle Work, Rootwork, custom rituals, and consultations.

According to Florida Statute § 501.142 (2025), businesses providing services are not required to offer refunds after services have been performed unless a written guarantee or specific return policy states otherwise. As such, all services provided by SDG are final.

Refunds may only be considered on a case-by-case basis under extreme circumstances and are solely at the discretion of Chris the Medium. Requests must be made in writing within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

🖤 Professional Relationship Policy

All services offered by SDG Media Group and its affiliates are for spiritual and entertainment purposes. Clients acknowledge that spiritual work is deeply personal, interpretive, and that no outcome can be legally guaranteed.

By booking services, clients agree to maintain a professional, respectful relationship with Chris the Medium and SDG Media Group staff. Any inappropriate, harassing, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

✨ Private Readings & Invoicing Policy

Private readings and custom services are conducted via invoice-based booking only.

  • Invoices are sent immediately upon service request and must be paid in full before services are scheduled or performed.

  • No verbal or DM-based service confirmations will be honored without completed payment through the official invoicing system.

  • Unpaid invoices will automatically cancel any pending booking.

By booking services with Spiritual Divine Guidance by Chris Noble, you agree to these policies in full.
